St Palladius’ new bins are anything but garbage! – May 2016
Following a recent art competition at St. Palladius Primary School in Dalry, two winning designs were chosen to be printed onto the new litter bins for the school grounds. Pictured below are Amy and Ava, the artists behind the two winning creations with Community Windpower’s Educational Ranger Pete Boustead. Ranger Pete said “These imaginative and colourful designs will brighten up the school grounds and they will really encourage pupils to be more aware of litter and the importance of putting it in the bins”.
Community Windpower would like to congratulate all those who took part in the competition, and we are delighted to have been able to provide the £1100 funding to purchase the litter bins for the school.
