Sponsorship for Berwickshire Show 2015 - 1st August 2015
Community Windpower Ltd are proud to have supported the Berwickshire Show this year which was held in the Borders town of Duns. The day was a great success and was attended by hundreds of people from all over Britain. From Horse classes to Hen classes there was something for everyone to take part in or enjoy on the day.
Community Windpower sponsored the Industrial Marquee which held an array of competitions. The best pack lunch ideas and lego displays were just a couple in the childrens categories to homemade cheesecake and sketching in the adults section. The judges certainly had their work cut out while the marquee was closed for an hour so they could deliberate, it was an exciting time when everyone got to see where their entry was placed!! The marquee was awash with brightly coloured rossettes and smiling faces, great to see old traditions coming back to the modern day.
All in all a fabulous day that Community Windpower are delighted to have been a part of and if you get the chance to go next year you definitley should!!
