Covid-19 fund helping Dunbar Medical Centre

One of the first beneficiaries of our £255,000 Covid-19 crisis fund in East Lothian, was the Dunbar Medical Centre.
The centre was provided with financial support totalling £4,500, to help secure vital medical equipment during the current national predicament.
The equipment will help medical professionals from the centre to provide care to a wider range of people in the region.
A spokesperson for Dunbar Medical Centre said: “On behalf of our patients we at Dunbar Medical Centre would like to thank BeGreen Dunbar for their generous donation.
“This will allow us to purchase essential equipment to help patients at their time of greatest need.
“We have been overwhelmed by the generosity of local businesses and individuals. It is re-affirming in these testing times.”
Diane Wood, community benefits director at Community Windpower, said: “Dunbar Medical Centre is a fantastic asset for the community and we’re pleased we can help with the provision of vital medical equipment.
“We’re living in worrying and unprecedented times for everyone, and we need to dig deep and help people in communities that are being negatively impacted by this Covid-19 crisis.”
