Community Windpower Ltd proud to support the Northern Rebellion – 2nd September 2019

Several Extinction Rebellion groups in the North held a successful and effective Northern Rebellion event in Manchester which we were proud to attend and show our support for the movement.
Community Windpower were proud to stand alongside members of the Extinction Rebellion and protest for climate justice. As a renewable energy company based in the North, we feel it is our responsibility to show our support for the rebellion and were spirited to see public support for raising environmental consciousness.
It was refreshing to hear members of the public wanting to learn more about renewable energy and the challenges of the UK energy sector. As a company, we are proud to be in the fight against climate change and are looking forward to see our developing projects joining the fight.
