Community Windpower Ltd and BeGreen Camelford are regular exhibitors at the annual Camelford Agricultural Show and will be attending this years show in August 2010.

Local community groups have received funding from BeGreen Camelford which provided essential art equipment for the Camelford Rainbows group, sponsorship and raffles prizes for local events.

Funding and sponsorship of over £1000 has been provided to adult and juniors rugby and football teams in the Camelford area with the donated money used to purchase team kits, training tops and training equipment.

Community Windpower Ltd invested £15,000 as initial start-up funding for BeGreen Camelford which has now been open since March 2009.

To date, BeGreen Camelford have spent over £11,000 on the installation of loft and cavity wall insulation for properties within the PL32 9 postcode area and have been working in conjuction with Miller Pattison and R-Eco.
